'Who are you?'
Nothing. There was an emptiness that opened up inside of her, she felt truely alone. But it was standing over her, she could see it's shape silhouetted on the ground and she trusted herself that it existed. Inches must have seperated her from this mysterious figure and yet she still hesistated to react, an irrational fear. If it was going to hurt her, why now? Haunting was the appropriate word, she was being haunted.

Her neck itched and her back tensed, but she did not bother to move. She could feel a warmness in her feet and bottom, but that did not distract from the bitter cold caressing her back. Her crying tears traversed down to her chin where they waited patiently to gather and leap into the liquid below. Watching them splash gave her peace of mind in her current solitude, that each drop seemed to wash her worries away. She was sitting in a puddle, 'How long have I been crying?'
